Innerdance is not a dance as we know it but rather a way to connect with your inner and most nature state which is alive within you underneath layers of conditioning.
It is a means to take you back to you true self.
Laying down with eyes closed you will embark on a sound journey carefully designed to activates different lobes of your brain, entraining you with the capacity to hold more within.
It also works on your nervous system, stretching and reshaping you again allowing you to move to a place of expanded capacity in your everyday.
Innerdance is a place where spirituality meets science, it is currently being pulled into settings such as healthcare, prisons, drug addiction centres and schools becuase of its ability to promote wellbeing.
